Clarinet Web Server.

The ClearNet Web Server is a powerful delivery system for distributing corporate information and data streams over the Internet or a local intranet.

It runs on a Windows NT platform and integrates with Clarinet's SmartSeek advanced search engine to produce a sophisticated data search, distribution and display system.  As a result, it is ideally suited to handling medium to large, complex data sets. 

Information streams delivered via the ClearNet Web Server are formatted 'on the fly' and displayed within an HTML template-driven web browser environment.  By using HTML as the display environment, modifications can be easily and cost-effectively applied. 

The features of the ClearNet Web Server include:

• supports a large range of display formats including HTML, XML and PDF.

• interfaces with Clarinet's ClearNet Control Centre for the management, regulation and monitoring of access to information.

• supports encrypted data sets and decryption 'on the fly'.

• supports usage logging by means of username and password.
